چکیده

This paper proposes an interleaved zero-voltage switching (ZVS) ultra-large gain converter. By implementing coupled-inductor (CI) and built-in transformer (BIT) together with a switched capacitor (SC) voltage multiplier cell (VMC), higher degree of flexibility is achieved for improvement step-up in comparison those which only one these magnetic devices utilised. Furthermore, the imposed across semiconductors reduced by adjusting turns ratio implemented CI BIT. To further improve efficiency, semiconductor low ON-state resistance can be used. Moreover, to ensure ZVS turn-on, active clamp circuits are located parallel main MOSFETs, realize all MOSFETs during entire cycle. Minimizing input current ripple as well attenuating reverse recovery problem diodes other advantages this Therefore, proposed converter suitable candidate applications requiring high conversion such renewable energy systems. validate performance converter, 600 W prototype 22–380 V designed, fabricated, tested. Experimental results confirm that outperforms previously presented ones terms efficiency.
